Job Details

• Position Description:
  This role involves comprehensive assessment, care planning, and execution for patients, including discharge planning. Responsibilities include reviewing patient histories, lab and diagnostic data, formulating care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and delivering direct patient care. The nurse will evaluate patient responses, document care activities, and participate in research and quality improvement initiatives. Supervisory duties may be involved, providing direction and mentorship to staff members.
• Required Qualifications:
  Valid RN license in the state of practice or a temporary/interim RN license, or a compact RN licensure; BLS certification; successful completion of a minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months; graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Schedule:
  Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information:
  The role requires physical agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly to patient care needs. Must possess the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and use standard precautions due to exposure risks. Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired, and maintaining clinical performance competencies appropriate to the specialty is required.
• Preferred Qualifications:
  Bachelors degree in Nursing and professional certification relevant to the specialty are preferred.
