Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Night Shift Location Not Specified. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN will deliver high-quality care utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to meet individual patient needs across developmental stages.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact RN license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; less than one year of experience in an acute care hospital setting is acceptable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification in relevant area preferred.
• Additional Information: May be required to float to a sister site, dependent on census and staffing needs. The role involves direct patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and documentation in accordance with policy and regulatory standards. The RN will participate in professional growth activities, contribute to quality patient outcomes, and engage in unit or facility shared leadership initiatives.
