Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse, with a location in the specified area, responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients. The role involves delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards, utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills tailored to the physical and developmental needs of patients.

Job Details

• Schedule: Day shift, 12-hour shifts, a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the state of practice, BLS certification, and willingness to float to sister site as needed. No experience required.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and participate in unit or facility shared leadership activities. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and revising care plans, documenting in the patient record, and promoting patient safety and quality outcomes. Must demonstrate clinical competencies and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
