Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Location: in the healthcare providers facility in California. This role involves providing direct patient care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER environment. The position requires flexibility to float among multiple campuses, ensuring safe and effective care delivery in accordance with best practices and clinical standards.

Job Details

• Certifications: CA RN Licensure, BLS (AHA), ACLS, PALS, NIHSS
• Education Requirements: Valid California RN License
• Experience Required: At least 3 years of ER nursing experience
• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Responsibilities include assessment, planning, implementation, and ongoing reassessment of patient care; serving as a patient advocate; and coordinating care across multiple campuses
• This is a true float position, requiring the ability to work across different campuses including the ERs, with occasional scheduled changes. Travelers will be notified 2 hours prior to shift start regarding reporting locations.
• Additional information: The role involves working with adult, pediatric, neonatal, and Geriatric patient populations, covering a wide range of medical conditions and emergencies, including trauma, stroke, cardiac events, and general emergency cases.
• Candidates must have recent ER experience, with skills in airway management, IV therapy, trauma procedures, and emergency medications.
• Submission requirements include valid certifications and references obtained within the past year.
