Job Summary
ICU Registered Nurse (RN) Nights Location unspecified. This position involves providing specialized critical care for adult and geriatric patients in a dynamic ICU environment during night shifts. The role requires strong critical care skills and experience, with a focus on patient safety, clinical excellence, and adherence to hospital protocols.

Job Details

• Position: ICU RN Nights 36 hours per week; 3x12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:30)
• Certifications/Education: Active MD or Compact State RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, CPI required; 2 years of critical care experience preferred.
• Responsibilities include managing arterial lines, chest tube insertion/removal, ventilator management, IV therapy, arterial blood gas interpretation, and patient monitoring using advanced equipment such as FloTrac/Vigileo and Pulmonary Artery Lines.
• Schedule: Nights, 36 hours per week, with weekends every other week required.
• Additional details: Experience with community hospital settings, trauma levels I or II, and float requirements within the specialty are preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be comfortable floating within scope, willing to accept assignments without an interview, and comply with onboarding deadlines and documentation.
