Job Summary:
Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Nurse in en_US This role involves providing professional nursing care to patients recovering from anesthesia within the post-anesthesia care setting. The PACU Nurse will support the organizations mission by promoting patient safety, quality improvement, and effective clinical practice in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Current New Hampshire Registered Nurse (RN) license required; BLS and ACLS certifications required; graduate of an approved Nursing program preferred; 0 years of experience minimum
• Schedule: Days shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week
• Additional Information: Up to 16 hours of orientation is unpaid; position may be canceled for up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract; assists with insertion of Flow wire, Opsens, and IVUS; demonstrates contraindications and reversal for IV adenosine infusion; ability to safely administer procedural sedation and pass annual sedation examination; participates in peer review and survey readiness; demonstrates characteristics of the SPIRIT of the organization and fosters a collaborative, respectful environment
