Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) in en_US Located in an organizational healthcare setting, this role involves providing patient-centered care to individuals in a specialized clinical environment. The RN will perform assessments, develop and implement care plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes.

Job Details

• Position Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) maintains the delivery of quality care by ensuring the nursing care plan is followed. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees. The RN embraces the organization's Core Values and emphasizes patient and employee safety, promoting a safe environment for all.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS Certification; ACLS Certification (CIRH only); Education/Experience: Minimum of two (2) years bedside clinical experience with ICU experience preferred; Location Requirements: Must be willing to start on 10/19/2026 and end on 01/18/2027; Years of Experience: 0 years minimum.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36.0 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, collaborates on discharge planning and patient education, documents accurately and timely, participates in patient rehabilitation, and provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing personnel. The RN may assume charge responsibility following orientation and is expected to pursue professional development through continuing education.
