Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in an urban healthcare facility. This position requires a highly skilled professional to provide urgent and critical care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role involves working evening shifts and requires proficiency with electronic health record systems, particularly Cerner.

Job Details

• Certifications and Education Requirements: Active Florida or Compact state license, AHS ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification are required prior to start.
• Shift and Schedule: Evening shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant ER experience, experience with Cerner electronic health records, and pass an EKG exam during orientation.
• Responsibilities: Providing high acuity emergency care in a fast-paced environment, working every other weekend or alternating weekends and holidays as needed, and potentially floating within the healthcare system as required.
• Submission Requirements: Credentialing documentation including licensure and certifications must be submitted at the time of application.
