Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Nurse - Morristown/Goryeb. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within the Cardiac Cath Lab, focusing on assessment, technical procedures, and patient education related to cardiovascular interventions. The role requires a thorough understanding of perioperative processes, patient safety, and documentation standards to support a high standard of patient care.

Job Details

• Position Description: Provides direct patient care in the cardiovascular procedural setting, including pre- and post-procedural assessments, supporting the completion of patient testing, and ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred; RN Licensure required; BLS and ACLS certification required; minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 7.5 hours per shift, 37.5 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Experience in insertions of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) lines utilizing Ultrasound guidance, expertise in vascular access, and proficiency with ultrasound-guided procedures are preferred. Candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills, knowledge of emergency procedures, and adherence to infection prevention standards.
