Job Summary
Cardiac Catheterization Lab (CCL) RN at a healthcare provider's acute care hospital. The position involves supporting interventional radiology and cardiac catheterization procedures, with a focus on sedation skills and a minimum of two years of lab experience in a similar setting. The role requires participation in on-call rotations and adherence to the specified schedule.

Job Details

• Requirements: Valid ACLS, BLS, CCI Registered Cardiology Electrophysiology (RCES) or CCI Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS), NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS), and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a lab setting.
• Schedule: 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 10/27/2026 through 02/16/2027.
• Responsibilities: Support angioplasty, embolization, device placement, cardiac and neuro procedures, including the use of specialized equipment such as End-Tidal CO2 monitoring, Angioplasty, Cardiac Stent Placement, Catheterizations, and more.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI RCES or CCI RCIS, NIHSS required.
• Additional Information: Candidates with at least 2 years of lab experience (IR RN or Cath Lab RN) are preferred. First-timers accepted if they meet experience criteria. On-call responsibilities are required (7 days per month, including one weekend). Candidates with local radius within 50 miles are preferred.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must include responses to questions about prior experience at a similar facility and provide two references covering a one-year period within the last three years.
