Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Manager located in Gunnison, Colorado. This leadership role involves overseeing patient care, nursing staff, and emergency department operations. The position requires strong people leadership skills and the ability to take bedside shifts as needed, supporting a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Job Details

Position Description: Responsible for supervising patient care, nursing staff, and ED operations, partnering with the Director of Patient Care Services to support daily operations in the emergency department.
Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred, current Colorado RN license (or compact state RN license), leadership experience within the last 2 years, training and experience in emergency department setting.
Schedule: Rotating shift, 8 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Additional Information: Colorado adult protective services (CAPS) check required. The position requires reliable transportation as public transportation is unavailable in rural Gunnison.
