Job Summary
Pediatric Medical Floor Nurse, Colorado Springs This position involves providing specialized care within a pediatric medical floor at a healthcare facility in Colorado Springs. The role focuses on delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, with responsibilities including managing pediatric patients across various acuity levels.

Job Details

  • Position Title: MS RN Traveler
  • Specialty: Pediatric Medical Floor
  • Location: Colorado Springs
  • Shift: Nights (12 hours: 7:30 PM 7:00 AM)
  • Schedule: 36 hours per week, 12-hour night shifts
  • Required Qualifications:
    BSN (preferred), 2 Years pediatric medical-surgical experience, BLS and PALS certifications, Epic experience within the last year, Licensure/certification as per regulatory standards, ability to float to Med/Surg, NICU, PICU, or ED with appropriate assignments.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    Post-surgical inpatient experience, ACLS certification.
  • Additional Information:
    The assignment lasts for 24 weeks, starting October 20, 2026, and ending April 10, 2027. Floating to other areas within the Denver Metro area and up to 35 miles from the original assignment may be required. No requested time off approved within the first two weeks of the assignment. Seasonal influenza vaccination exemptions for medical or religious reasons are permitted.
