Description
Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in the healthcare facility. This position involves providing acute care to patients in a busy ER setting. The role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality emergency care.
Job Details
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC, CA license HARDSTOP.
- Education Requirements: Required CA license or pending license accepted.
- Degree Requirements: Not specified.
- Location Requirements: CA state license required or pending license accepted.
- Years of Experience: 2 years of hospital experience with grossing experience as a HARDSTOP.
- Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in adult/pediatric emergency department, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of trauma and trauma level II, starting and maintaining IVs, triage, and utilization of electronic charting system (Epic).
- Additional Information: Previous charge experience preferred; candidates must have at least 1 year of recent hospital experience, specifically in emergency care, with a focus on grossing experience. Travel experience is not required.
