Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position in the local area. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing direct clinical care to patients on a per-shift basis. The nurse will supervise staff to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care in a 32-bed unit with ICU and Stepdown responsibilities.

Job Details

• Location onboarding details include scrub color navy and charting system Cerner.
• Position requires assessing, planning, implementing, and supervising direct patient care.
• Responsible for supervision of staff to which appropriate care is delegated.
• The role is accountable for supporting the facility Chief Nursing Officer to ensure high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and resource management related to patient care.
• Required Qualifications: Certification, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and at least 1 year of experience.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Submission Requirements: Applicants must submit all required documention.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
