Job Summary
Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician (ORT) in Neenah, WI. This position involves supporting surgical procedures in a Level II Trauma Center with advanced robotic surgery technology. The role requires flexibility to work rotating day and evening shifts within a hospital setting.

Job Details

• Position: Surgical Technician/Operating Room Technician (ORT)
• Location: Neenah, WI
• Shift Schedule: Rotating shifts, including day and PM variations, with shifts starting at 0600 or 1230, and lasting 8 hours. Minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Associate Degree or Certificate, BLS (American Heart), Certified Surgical Technician, minimum 3+ years of experience in neuro, ortho, robotics, and general surgery. Experience with Epic charting preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Outpatient gynecology, dental, retina, and ENT experience. Neuro and ortho experience with robotics and familiarity with the da Vinci SP robotic system.
• Additional Information: All ThedaCare facilities may require float coverage. The position involves managing change, being resilient, and working with a team in a high-tech surgical environment. Scrub colors can vary, and specific attire and safety protocols must be followed. Candidates must be able to respond promptly during on-call situations and complete at least one previous contract if a traveler.
