Job Summary
Telemery Medical Surgical Float RN Region I, WA. This position involves providing patient care across multiple hospitals within the region, primarily at St. Anne Hospital, with the possibility of floating to other facilities such as St. Francis Hospital, Virginia Mason Medical Center, and St. Anne Hospital in Burien. The role requires delivering high-quality nursing care to medical-surgical patients in a fast-paced environment, including those with cardiac, dialysis, and general medical needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS.
- Certifications, Education, and Experience: RN license; minimum of 2 years of experience as a Telemetry Medical Surgical Nurse, with dialysis, cardiac, and tele skills.
- Additional Qualifications: Must have experience with dialysis patients, cardiac skills, and telemetry.
- Responsibilities: Providing patient care, monitoring EKG strips via regionalized system, titration of low-dose drips such as dopamine, and collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Float: Float rotation may be required, with additional compensation for float days within Region I.
- Unit Notes: Orientation of 1-2 days; experienced with EPIC charting system; no BSN required; open to candidates willing to wait for license submission.
