Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room Pediatric (ER PEDS) specialty position located at a healthcare facility. This role involves providing high-quality pediatric emergency care within a dynamic clinical environment, including triage and trauma responsibilities. The position is scheduled on a rotating shift with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
Job Details:
- Position Description: Minimum experience of 1.5 years in pediatric Emergency Department care, including at least 6 months of triage and trauma experience. Must possess certifications in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) or Management of Aggression and Behavior (MOAB).
- Certifications and Education Requirements: Valid certifications in TNCC, PALS, BLS, CPI or MOAB.
- Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: This role requires general pediatric emergency care skills, mental health, trauma experience, and triage expertise. Submission of most recent certifications and clinical credentials is necessary for consideration.
