Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in a healthcare facility located in the US. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced environment, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through clinical expertise and compassionate attention. Job Details
- Position: Emergency Room (ER) Nurse
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications:
- 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
- Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN) certification
- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification
- Demonstrated ability to recognize and interpret cardiac dysrhythmias
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate
- Additional Information:
- Must have license and certifications as listed; ENPC or PALS must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Enable Skills-Based Hiring is enabled.
- Must be flexible to work scheduled shifts according to departmental needs.
