Description
Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse Night Shift Location unspecified. This position involves providing high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The ER Nurse will deliver patient-centered care, utilizing their clinical expertise and adhering to established protocols to support patient recovery and safety.
Job Details:
- Required Qualifications: 1-year recent (within the last three years) full-time equivalent experience; Graduate of an accredited nursing program; License, Certification, Registration: Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided); Basic Life Support (BLS); Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) within 6 months of hire OR Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months of hire.
- Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: The role involves responding to emergency situations, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and maintaining compliance with safety standards and hospital policies. Candidates should have the ability to quickly assess patient needs and deliver effective interventions accordingly.
