Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Burlington This position involves providing urgent care to patients in a state-of-the-art Emergency Department at a Level 1 trauma center. The role requires delivering high-quality clinical care to individuals with medical emergencies, trauma, and accidents, ensuring prompt, comprehensive treatment and support.

Job Details

  • Role focused on delivering emergency care at a Level 1 trauma center.
  • Shifts are 12-hour nights, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
  • Certifications required include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA), and a valid Massachusetts (MA) nursing license.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of emergency nursing experience.
  • Epic experience is mandatory.
  • Level 1 trauma experience required.
  • Must be separated from the organization for at least 6 months to be considered.
  • The candidate will be contacted via email by the manager to schedule a call.
  • Responsibilities include caring for patients with accidents or medical emergencies, utilizing complete computerized charting for assessment and documentation, and providing support to families and patients during emergencies.
  • The position is located at a newly renovated, spacious Emergency Department with advanced facilities including private treatment rooms, imaging, fast-track area, behavioral health suite, family waiting area, and more.
