Job Summary
Lamb and Delivery (Labor and Delivery) Nurse in the specified location. This position involves providing specialized obstetrical and postpartum care within a comprehensive maternity unit. The role requires delivering high-quality patient care to antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum patients, including assisting with high-risk deliveries, fetal monitoring, and neonatal care.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS, FHM, NRPN, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery. Current licensure pending license validation.
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in BLS, FHM, NRPN; experience with antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum care, fetal monitoring, sterile speculum exam, triage of obstetrical patients, use of external and internal fetal monitoring, administration of blood and blood products, and neonatal resuscitation; facility births per month: 100-200 and 200-300; minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: LDRP (Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum) units experience is preferred, with consideration for individuals with labor/delivery experience only.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with sterile procedures, high-risk and low-risk deliveries, manage patient acuity based on staffing standards, perform fetal monitoring, and support neonatal and postpartum care.
• Schedule details include 12-hour shifts, with mandatory weekend and on-call shifts as specified in the schedule.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have valid licensure and complete necessary compliance modules within specified deadlines.
