Job Details

• Certifications and Experience: Wyoming RN license, BLS (American Heart Association), ACLS (American Heart Association), PALS (American Heart Association); 2 years of experience required, 3 years preferred.
• Schedule: Night shifts with 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Specific Responsibilities: Demonstrate respect, safety, confidentiality, and cooperation with staff and ED patient population. Utilize EMR with Cerner charting system, Pyxis medication system, and telestroke capabilities.
• Additional duties: Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in emergency nursing; familiarity with computerized charting and medication systems; meet licensing and certification requirements.
• Department Details: 22-bed ED with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4. Shifts are scheduled from 7a-7p, 10a-10p, 12p-12a, 3p-3a, 7p-7a. Weekend shifts are mandatory. Certified training includes 2-3 days of unit orientation plus hospital orientation.
• Floating: Floating to other units/departments is not required.
• Additional notes: No specific dress code, own scrubs preferred.
