Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE) Nurse in an acute care setting. This role involves providing specialized nursing care to medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring, ensuring patient safety and adherence to clinical protocols in a dynamic hospital environment.

Job Details

• Position Description: Unit notes indicate a focus on Medical/Surgical overflow; patient population includes non-acute stroke patients. Experience or "Must have" skills include a minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience and telemetry knowledge. Epic experience is required.
• Certifications and Education: BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience and telemetry experience.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: Unit maintains a highly functioning team with strong support, and a family-oriented environment. No request for RTO during the first week of assignment. Float rotation may be required.
• Responsibilities: Read strips for telemetry patients, manage titratable and set-rate drips such as insulin and pain medications, and work within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must have a license to submit and demonstrate Epic experience.
