Job Summary
A Step Down Unit RN (Registered Nurse) position is available within a healthcare organization, located in an unspecified location. This role involves providing high-quality patient care within a step-down or telemetry unit. The successful candidate will operate within a dynamic environment, demonstrating flexibility to work on units based on current needs.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, 2 years of experience in progressive care unit (PCU), medical-surgical (Med-Surg), or telemetry acute care; RN Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills certification; travel experience preferred; experience with EPIC electronic health record; ability to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed

- Additional Information: Travelers will be placed on units based on their skills and the current unit needs. Certification as an RN Step Down (PCU) is required, including the skills module. The role requires on-site float capability within the specified radius.
