Operating Room (OR) Nurse in Florida This position involves providing specialized perioperative care within the operating room setting. The role requires strong orthopedic experience and ensures high-quality patient care during surgical procedures.
Job Details
- Position: Operating Room (OR) RN
- Location: Florida
- Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with call required
- Required Qualifications: OR RN experience of at least 2 years, with a focus on orthopedic procedures; active FL/compact license visible through Nursys; BLS and ACLS certifications; graduate from an accredited program or a minimum of 5 years of direct OR experience; Epic EMR experience; flexibility to float to other ORs at sister campuses; prior travel experience preferred.
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Additional Information: Call required; ensure demographic and RTO information is uploaded at the time of submission; radius rule of 50 miles enforced; orientation and interview process includes prescreening by HWL IVS and direct interview with the manager.
