Pediatric Operating Room Nurse (OR PEDS) Oakland. This role involves providing specialized perioperative care for pediatric patients within a dedicated surgical environment. The position requires flexibility to float to other UCSF facilities and to work variable shifts based on departmental needs.

Job Details

• Position Description: Pediatric Operating Room Nurse caring for pediatric patients undergoing various surgical procedures in a specialized pediatric surgical environment.
• Certifications and Education Requirements: CA RN License, BSN, BLS, PALs.
• Experience Requirements: 0 years minimum required; previous charge nurse experience and specific surgical procedure experience preferred.
• Shift: Days, 10 hours per shift, with a schedule of 40 hours per week.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri with occasional weekends.
• Additional Information: Ability to float to other UCSF facilities. Submittals require 2 references from the most recent employer and must include employment history with dates, units worked, and manager names for rehire eligibility checks.
• Required Skills: Experience with pediatric surgeries, charting in Epic system, and familiarity with a variety of surgical procedures.
