Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Specialist The organization is seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) specialist for an upcoming assignment. This role involves providing high-quality surgical support, with a focus on orthopedic, general, and robotics procedures, including those utilizing Da Vinci technology. The position is based at a healthcare facility where clinical excellence and patient safety are prioritized.
Job Details
- Schedule: Evening shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The schedule begins on 10/18/2026 and ends on 01/17/2027.
- Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois Licensure, CPR certification, at least 2 years of OR experience, including orthopedic, general, and robotics surgeries, with Epic electronic health record system experience. Successful completion of one travel contract preferred.
- Preferred Qualifications: Scrub license/certification.
- Additional Information: The selected candidate must submit a resume, two recent references from a supervisor within the last year, skills checklist, copies of certifications and licenses, including verification, prior to the start date. Orientation is scheduled for four non-billable days.
