Job Summary
Labor and Delivery (L&D) Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility located in the South Shore area. This role involves providing specialized nursing care in the birthing unit, with a focus on maternal and neonatal health. The position requires circulating experience and adherence to clinical standards.

Job Details

  • Location: South Shore
  • Position: Registered Nurse in Birthing Unit
  • Schedule: Nights, 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Start Date: 11/02/2026
  • End Date: 01/30/2027
  • Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, recent Electronic Fetal Heart Monitoring (EFM) at least intermediate level
  • Certifications required: Circulating experience of at least 2 years in labor and delivery nursing
  • Preferred Certifications: Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics, Perinatal NCC Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing - Level I and Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing - Labor and Birth), First Latch (breastfeeding certification)
  • Responsibilities include providing circulating nursing care in a high-acuity obstetric environment, ensuring safety and compliance with clinical standards, and supporting maternal and neonatal outcomes.
