Job Summary
Operating Room (OR) Nurse Clearwater, FL. This role involves providing specialized perioperative nursing care within a dedicated surgical center. Candidates will assist in a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details
- Position Description: Responsible for circulating during multi-specialty surgeries including ORTHOPEDIC, TOTAL JOINT, ENT, UROLOGY, GYNECOLOGY, GENERAL, RETINA, OPHTHALMOLOGY, and plastic surgeries.
- Unit Information: Stand-alone surgery center with 4 beds, utilizing surgical equipment, with a focus on patient safety and efficiency.
- Schedule: Day shift, 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certified RN with current licensure, basic perioperative skills, willing to assist in turnover, and capable of troubleshooting and problem-solving during procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in multi-specialty OR environments, team-oriented personality.
- Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate a collaborative attitude and be willing to provide support in fast-paced surgical settings.
