Job Summary
Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS/Telemetry) Nurse in the Nights shift. Located in an acute care hospital, this position involves direct patient care on a med-surg-telemetry-oncology unit. The role requires providing quality care to adult and geriatric patients, with a focus on cardiac monitoring, medication administration, and patient safety.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications; minimum 1 year of med-surg-cardiac/telemetry experience; valid IL license or MO/compact license at submission.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing BiPAP/CPAP management, blood product administration, cardiac telemetry interpretation, managing cardiac and vasoactive drips, and implementing isolation precautions.
• Previous charge experience, patient ratio experience, and charting system familiarity are preferred but not specified as required.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, with potential to float between facility locations as needed.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must be able to meet compliance deadlines, have required certifications, and complete necessary modules prior to start date.
