The role requires supervising nursing staff, performing assessments, and developing individualized care plans to ensure positive patient results.
Job Details
- Position: Registered Nurse (RN) ICU
- Location: Phoenix, AZ
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS Certification prior to first shift, valid ACLS Certification prior to first shift, at least 2 years of bedside clinical experience in ICU setting, appropriate license for the state.
- Additional Information: Performs nursing assessments within 8 hours of patient admission, collaborates with interdisciplinary team, maintains accurate documentation, participates in patient education, prepares discharge plans, delegates appropriate tasks, and contributes to a positive work environment through effective team communication and professional growth.
