Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in San Antonio, TX. This position requires providing high-quality emergency care in a busy hospital setting. The role involves working night shifts to support 24/7 patient care operations, with a focus on trauma and critical response.

Minimum Hours Per Week: 36 hours
Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course), NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale), at least 2 years of ER experience
Preferred Qualifications: CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse), strong teamwork and communication skills, Meditech experience
Additional Information: Candidates must have documentation system experience with Meditech, be able to participate in procedures such as intubations, conscious sedation, behavioral health watch, sepsis, stroke (Tpa administration), chest pain (Heart Alerts), and dress code requirements include Navy scrubs, clean nails, natural hair, and covered tattoos.
Submission Requirements: Candidates must be authorized to work in Texas and qualified for ER nursing roles.
