Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse Location: unspecified. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN is responsible for delivering high-quality nursing services and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to meet the physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs of patients.

Job Details

• Position Description: The RN assesses patient needs, reviews history, diagnostics, and laboratory data, and formulates individualized care plans. The nurse implements care through direct patient interactions, delegating tasks appropriately, and documenting all activities accurately.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the practicing state or valid compact license, BLS certification, and proficiency in caring for medical, oncology, and telemetry patients. No minimum years of experience required.
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shift hours, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will care for medical, oncology, and telemetry patients, with shifts including every other weekend and holidays based on unit rotation. Must be proficient in reading tele strips and possess NIHSS and BLS certifications.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates should ensure they meet all listed qualifications and are prepared to support the organizations standards for care.
