Job Summary
Medical Surgical Floor RN Wisconsin, Night Shift. This role involves providing comprehensive care within a medical surgical unit, supporting neuro and surgical patients, and contributing to the interdisciplinary team. The position requires a dedicated professional capable of float responsibilities across local campuses.
Job Details
- Position Description: Assist in patient care delivery within a medical surgical setting, contributing clinical expertise to patient management. May be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.
- Required Qualifications: Wisconsin state licensure; BLS (AHA); NIHSS certification; at least 2 years of previous medical surgical registered nurse experience; experience requirement: 0 years; Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with neuro and surgical patients within a medical surgical unit; at least 1 travel contract completed; skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission; references 1 supervisory reference required at the time of submission; copy of certifications preferred.
- Additional Information: Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. Winter holidays require working 2 of 3 days (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years). Orientation schedule begins 11/9. Submission must include work history/resume, skills checklist, license verification, required certifications, and references.
