Job Details

• Position Description: REHAB/SUB ACUTE on TCU with all system diagnoses, following admit criteria. The TCU unit is a Skilled Nursing Facility with an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 8:1. The unit has an 87-bed capacity and emphasizes patient rehabilitation, situated across from the main hospital.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support).
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid California license, Basic Life Support certification, at least 1 year of experience in Medical Surgical Skilled Nursing, experience with patient ratios, charting systems, and community hospital settings.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a community hospital, experience with electronic charting, and working in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be flexible to float as needed, work every other weekend, and commit to working three of the five major holidays. References covering a 1-year period are required. Candidates who have previously worked at a similar facility may include prior work details in their application.
