Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Savannah. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care, performing nursing assessments, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. The RN supervises Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and orientees, ensuring patient safety and care standards are maintained.

• Expected to participate in team activities, support quality patient outcomes, and ensure safety standards are followed.
• The RN will assume charge responsibility after orientation and contribute to team building within the unit.
• Additional duties include supervising ancillary staff, managing supplies and equipment, and pursuing ongoing professional development.
