Emergency Room Nurse in the ER specialty is based in the local area. This position involves providing urgent and critical care to diverse patient populations, including pre-natal, neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in an emergency department setting. The role requires assessing patient conditions, delivering immediate interventions, and supporting discharge education.
Job Details
- Position Description: Emergency Room Nurse providing care to patients with urgent or critical illnesses, including those seeking treatment for non-urgent conditions. Responsibilities include triaging patients based on care requirements, ongoing assessment, immediate interventions, and discharge teaching. The nurse interacts appropriately across various age groups and clinical levels.
- Required Qualifications: MA RN License, BLS certification, ACLS certification, PALS certification, CPI or MOAB certification, with no minimum experience requirement.
- Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Additional Information: Candidates must submit license and certification verifications, resumes, references, skills checklists, and candidate submission coversheets to be considered for this assignment.
