Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only).
• Education Requirements: Relevant nursing degree or equivalent.
• Location Requirements: Available at the healthcare facility.
• Years of Experience: 0.0 years minimum.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour hours, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, participating in patient rehabilitation, initiating discharge planning, documenting care accurately, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Provides direction and supervision to ancillary nursing staff, participates in team-building activities, and contributes to a positive, efficient work environment.
• Demonstrates commitment to professional growth through continuing education and self-study.
• Performs additional duties as requested by management.
