Job Summary
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse (RN) Panama City. This role involves delivering high-quality patient care by following individualized care plans, supervising healthcare team members, and ensuring patient safety. The RN will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to promote positive health outcomes and support patient education and discharge planning.

Job Details

• Certifications: BLS Certification required prior to first shift; ACLS required prior to first shift (CIRH only).
• Education Requirements: Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Degree Requirements: Valid nursing license.
• Location Requirements: Must hold a valid license to practice in the state of employment.
• Years of Experience: 0 years required.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission, developing patient-centered care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, participating in patient rehabilitation, initiating discharge planning, and providing patient and family education.
• Additional competencies include patient safety, collaboration with care team members, supervising ancillary staff, and professional development.
• Preference for candidates with two or more years of bedside clinical experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
