Job Summary

Job Details

• Position: Registered Nurse, specializing in Labor and Delivery.
• Schedule: Evenings12 hours shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA Registered Nurse license, CPR certification, AWHONN Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification or equivalent, and at least three years recent RN experience, including two years in a specialty area.
• Additional Information: The RN is responsible for individualized assessment, developing and implementing patient-centered care plans, patient education, advocacy, and coordination with healthcare team members. The role requires proficient documentation of care, communication skills, and the ability to adapt nursing interventions to meet diverse cultural and socio-economic needs. Delegation and patient advocacy are also key responsibilities.
