The Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse is responsible for providing patient care within a healthcare facility. Job Details

• Position: Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse in the specialty of Medical Surgical Nursing.
• Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure; BSN preferred; minimum of 2 years of experience required; valid licenses including PA Act 31, PA Act 33, PA Act 34, and PA Act 73.
• Schedule: Rotating shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities include performing nursing assessments, delivering evidence-based patient care, participating in quality improvement initiatives, applying the nursing process within a relationship-based care model, and providing patient education.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with patients, families, and healthcare team members, ensuring effective communication and patient-centered care.
• Strong commitment to cultural competency, safety, and professional development.
• Candidates must demonstrate flexibility, critical thinking, and the ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments.
