Job Summary
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) Rural Acute Care Hospital Night Shift. This role involves providing direct and indirect patient care in a fast-paced emergency care setting. The RN will demonstrate initiative, flexibility, and professionalism with minimal supervision, ensuring safe triage and effective communication with emergency department physicians.

Job Details

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: Valid nursing license, Associates or Bachelors Degree in Nursing, at least 1 year of clinical experience, and current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Responsibilities: Providing triage, patient assessment, and care coordination; communicating effectively with physicians about patient status, symptoms, and diagnostic results; responding quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition.
• Additional Information: Position requires demonstrating the ability to prioritize based on physical and psychosocial needs, and responding swiftly to patient care needs in a rural hospital emergency setting.
