Telemetry Nursing Professional in Fontana, CA. Job Details

Shift Time: Days
Shift Hours: 10 hours per day
Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS certification, 1 year of ambulatory (potentially emergency department) or inpatient experience, and proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
Additional information: Must be comfortable working with computers, have telehealth and case management experience, and be within a reasonable driving distance to the call center in Fontana, CA. Onboarding and tech issue resolution require in-center presence.
Certifications required: BLS
Schedule: 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, starting from 11/02/2026 through 05/03/2027.
Submission process: Candidates must be able to work at the Fontana call center as required.
