Job Details

• Location: Springfield, MA
• Position Description: RN - ER at a large emergency care unit with 118 beds. The unit serves a diverse patient population, including behavioral health, boarding patients, trauma, and critically ill/ICU-level care.
• Required Qualifications: RN license, minimum of 2 years of emergency department (ED) or intensive care unit (ICU) experience post-orientation, BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum 36 hours per week.
• Preferred Qualifications: Demonstrated strong critical care skills, adaptability, and comfort in fast-paced environments.
• Additional Information: Nurses must be comfortable managing complex and unstable patients in a high-acuity setting.
• Submission Requirements: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle a high volume of critically ill and unstable patients, with a focus on precision and adaptability throughout their shift.
