Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in a healthcare facility located in California. This position involves providing hands-on patient care within the scope of practice outlined by state regulations and hospital policies. The RN will assess, interpret, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with the healthcare team and educating patients and families.

Job Details:

• Certifications, Education, and Experience: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred, 0 years minimum experience required.
• Schedule: Evenings shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for rapid assessment and response to clinical situations, emergency protocols activation, and contributing to team-based care. The position requires effective communication and leadership skills to support patient safety and quality care. The RN is expected to participate in ongoing education and professional development activities, including formal or informal teaching and professional contributions.
