Job Summary
Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse - Hawaii. This position involves providing comprehensive nursing care within a long-term care facility situated on the site of a hospital. The role includes performing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and various patient care duties in accordance with clinical standards and protocols.

Job Details

• Position: Long Term Care (LTC) Nurse
• Location: Hawaii
• Certifications, Education Requirements, Degree Requirements, Location Requirements, and Years of Experience: Must have a Hawaii license by the start of the assignment; no minimum experience requirement.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts of 8 hours with varied scheduling including days (0730 - 1530), evenings (1500 - 2330), and nights (2300 - 0730).
• Required qualifications: Valid Hawaii nursing license; ability to perform assessments, treatments, medication administration, and patient notifications to MD/NP; experience with ADL assistance, gastrostomy tube care, urinary catheter care, nebulizer treatments, wound vac care, CPAP care, and other assigned duties.
• Additional Information: Must arrive the Thursday before the start date for employee health appointment on Friday; no guarantee of hours or shift preference; OT rotation may be required; position scheduled to begin 11/23/2026 and end 02/22/2027.
