Just like with any company, it’s all about the Recruiter. I’ve taken quite a few assignments with Ben Bostwick now and have recommended a few nurses to him. He’s pretty straightforward and he makes sure my pay is correct. When I need him for something he’s available, otherwise pretty hands-off and that works well for me! Also, I appreciate their first day insurance and have felt like it’s been affordable and a good option.

Cons

I’ve taken quite a few assignments with Triage and Compliance is the con for me. I feel like I really have to be on top of keeping track of how the process is going and moving it along. The other con is the Triage app. It’s not as user-friendly as others and the jobs posted don’t offer much information about the position.
