Pros
If I could give 100 stars to this wonderful lady, I would... where do I even begin? After working with another travel agency for a bit over a year, I had promised Lana one day I would come back to her and give her the chance she deserved. Well, here we are, Lana. We finally made it, and I am so thankful and beyond grateful that you have given me the opportunity to work with you these past 3 months (and oh the many more months we will have together moving forward!). Lana is one of those 1-of-a-kind, needle in a haystack, or a rose in a field of weeds kind of person. She has the personality of a golden retriever and the work ethic of a CEO. She will always brighten your day, even if her day is just okay, and she never drops the ball. And if she does, in a rare, humanly-flawed way, she always acknowledges her shortcomings and makes it right. Lana is not JUST a recruiter. She does not JUST make sure I get paid. Lana checks in on me. She shows genuine interest in my life and my story. She expresses her gratitude for me as a nurse and all that I do for my patients in the ICU. From chats on the phone, to dinner in town, and the little sweet messages at Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Years, Lana makes it a point to connect, love, and create fellowship with her travel nurses. I have never felt more supported, more loved, or appreciated by a nursing recruiter. And yes, you're probably thinking this is the most embellished, crazy review written, maybe even AI-ish, but no... it's me, Brady, and I mean every single word. Lana, thank you. Thank you for being just what I needed right when I needed it. Thank you for always answering your phone or calling me back. Thank you for helping me through tough situations I come across in the hospital or even in my personal life. Thank you for not just being my recruiter, my paycheck, or my "ticket in life." Thank you for being my friend and showing me that there can be a healthy balance of hard work, professionalism, and care and consideration in the work place. If you want the best that nursing recruiters have to offer, pick Lana.
