Job Title:
Registered Nurse (RN) – Critical Care

Overview:
Join our dynamic healthcare team as a registered nurse dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment. Pay Package: $2,260 Weekly
Schedule: 12 hour day shift

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in applying the nursing process in patient care delivery
  • Strong assessment, communication, and teaching capabilities tailored to diverse patient populations
  • Effective delegation and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate resources efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with professional presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and implement clinical changes to improve outcomes
  • Competence in using computers, healthcare software, and web-based applications
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making ability
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills promoting collaboration and patient-centered care

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience in a similar setting

Other Requirements:

  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • CPI Blue Card (Crisis Prevention Institute) certification, valid for 12 months
  • Physical capability to perform heavy work, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • Willingness to work in environments with potential exposure to blood, body fluids, and communicable diseases
  • Adherence to compliance, privacy, and safety standards as outlined by hospital policies and regulatory agencies
