Join us as a Registered Nurse specializing in Med Surg/Telemetry in Rochester, New York. This travel contract offers guaranteed 36 hours per week with 12-hour night shifts. You'll play a pivotal role in patient care within a high-acuity setting. Responsibilities include phlebotomy, IV placement, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, and collaboration with Rapid Response Teams. Nurses will work closely with Patient Care Technicians who assist with vital signs, EKGs, and daily activities. Weekend shifts are required every other week. Epic charting experience is preferred but not mandatory, and scrub colors include navy and white combinations. This position requires adaptability and strong clinical skills, including oxygen management, isolation precautions, and non-invasive airway techniques.
